How to start a STIHL MS500I

You only need to pump the primer when the saw is cold and you want to start it. It take hours for the pressure to drop below the minimum 2 bars inside the injector lines for this to be required again, so if you stop the saw for a few minutes, you don't need to pump the primer again. Pumping the primer after every restart is a waste of time, you're just circulating fuel around and that's it. Also, you can start it between your legs like any other saw, no need to put it down in the mud, it's in the manual. Nothing is worse than giving half assed advice, just read the manual and watch the fuel injection system diagram to understand how it works, only then tell people what's what..
