I love all of your suggestions! I think the 1at-a-time approach is the best. I have had GI issues going on 8 years & this approach has served me well. I am now trying some new things & am doing them one at a time so i can determine which is the one that works! Sometimes it's hard becuz life goes on too & other things enter into the process. Thx for your great advice!

First off, important to have clean water above practically anything that you put in your body. Tap water isn't always clean

Thank you for the information, Amanda! Can probiotics alone + diet heal SIBO? I live in Spain and my nutritionist has put me on a specific diet plus a strong probiotic for the past three months. My symptoms have improved, but my breath test shows more elevated Hydrogen levels compared to before (before I had low Hydrogen and high Methane, now I have lower Methane but much higher Hydrogen). I'd appreciate your feedback

Hi Tina, it seems like in a small minority of cases, probiotics and diet can make a big difference, but in most cases, some kind of antimicrobial approach is necessary to get rid of SIBO. Thanks for watching!
