I’m starting out too want to stout is my favourite beer and cost effective is the drive of my home brewing, wanting to do a kit and kilo stout, what ABV would be produced doing this only without priming bottles? Thanks heaps ! Your the most unlikely beer brewing expert 😂😂

If you are going a stout, I’d go a can and a kilo of something with a fair bit of LDM. It’s going to give you a much better stout. I can’t see it going much over 4% ABV, but use your hydrometer and your SG will give you a good indication of where it will end up.

@@shari_brewingandbeer thanks heaps I will throw in from the new brewing acronym , Light Dry Malt!!, ABV a little less ABV and quality is what I’m after once I’ve got it right i will be happy as a bastard on Father’s Day Dan Murphy want near 80 dollars for a box of tallies !!

If you would like a lower ABV just use a 500g bag.
