Thanks for this tutorial, Tom! I will be sharing this with my new Keto Converts! One note about CLEAN keto: pork and shellfish are not clean meats because of what their environmental purpose is and in the physiology of a pig, they not only eat filth (including cannibalize), they scarf so fast that they don't properly digest their food and because they don't have sweat glands, the toxins get pushed into their muscles (meat) and the highest amount is absorbed in their fat = BACON! This is extremely important for people with neurological diseases and for people doing keto for HEALING not just for losing weight.

Man as a German I envy US shopping places. In Germany the main ingredient for EVERYTHING is Rapeseedoil(canola oil), which is highly inflammatory and a neurotoxin - that's why so many people in Germany have "shivering hands". In german supermarkets you can't get anything ready to eat that's as good as in this video. Most companies even push keto stuff with rapeseed or sunflower oil. Germany is the land of rapeseedoil+wheat and the vegan agenda is insanely strong. Also 99% of vegan products consist of 80% water sludges with rapeseedoil and wheat. That's why people became so insanely ill and fat(or skinny fat) in the past 10 years.

@@shirohige291for MANY years, we were told to eat canola for our health. I was mad that my husband REFUSED canola! Now I realize he was doing everything right when he was being picked on. He liked simple meats in the oven, simple vegetables or salad on the side ... with real butter!

Dude this was incredible! If you've been trying to save BIG food money on CLEAN keto, TD just saved you many months of shopping and arithmetic. Personally just got my weekly keto food budget down to $40, mostly at Aldi (1,800 calories/day), but only about 70% as clean as this one. My Aldi budget leans heavily on their organic butter, organic eggs, macadamias, beef/chicken, pork rinds w/guacamole, good canned fishes, and their goat cheeses are very good too fyi. This video was awesome. I can probably benefit more by subtracting a few bad habits than adding a Costco membership, but this methodwould be hugely helpful to anybody starting cheap clean keto. Thank you for this one channel is priceless.

Great video! I personally would have grabbed pecans (probably raw if they have them and toast and salt them myself) and maybe kept the almond butter depending on how strict that $200 is. I’d also have grabbed a bag of frozen broccoli in addition to the cauliflower and some lemon juice or a couple of lemons - good on the fish and good for a lemon butter (or ghee) sauce or with olive oil on any of the veg to add a little freshness to meals. And I’d probably have bought the olive oil this time so I could make other things. I buy and love the avocado spray, but olive oil is really more versatile. Just my thoughts and opinions - and, yep, we all have them. Edited to add: I stopped the video after the shopping portion to write this. I just restarted and see he’s going to cook, too! I’ll be interested to see what else he pulls out!

Probably over half of what I eat comes from Costco. I get the grass-fed and wild-caught meats there (a notable exception being grass-fed steaks, which they don't sell), frozen cruciferous vegetables and Kerrygold dairy products. I wish ours had grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs and more full-fat cheeses. For meats, I like to get their frozen third-pound 100% grass-fed 1/3-pound beef patties under $4/pound, their Australian 100% grass-fed lamb loin chops, individually wrapped frozen wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon cuts and Teton Waters Ranch 100% grass fed polish sausages. For vegetables, I keep a lot of frozen Costco stuff in my freezer: riced cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus and brussels sprouts with olive oil (yeah, frozen) are my favorites. I steam 4-6 ounces at a time. When I used to eat salads, I got their spring mix from the refrigerated room. I use both extra virgin olive oil (Kirkland) and avocado oil (spray and bottled), in addition to organic, grass-fed ghee and Kerrygold butter. I use Chosen Foods avocado oil mayo as a base for my lemon-dill salmon sauce (and I sous vide the salmon in olive oil.) I find sardines are good on pork rinds (a brand unpolluted with sugar, such as Utz.)

Tom and viewers. Avacados keep perfect in the freezer. If on sale, LOAD UP! I freeze them all the time. Cut, scoop, squeeze lemon juice and seal in freezer bags or foodsaver. They do not turn brown or loose any of their creamy texture. They are just the same as before you froze them. On salads, in mousse, in smoothie, Guacamole or just as a snack. TRUST ME, I PROMISE! This was an exceptionally good video. Your quality has been getting better and better so definitely props to you and your team. Two things I’m still confused on: 1. Cauliflower needs to be organic? Would like more information since it is on the clean 15. 2. The 100% grass fed business. That doesn’t also imply it was grass finished? How can you claim 100 if the last few months they are getting grains? Seems like shady business if true...

Might want to first find out if they're hyperpalatable, because they are. Buying snack items with salt and added sugar is a complete mistake. Oddly enough, mainstream brands are healthier, such as Utz, and Mac's, which he's slammed before for no good reason. The plain Utz and Mac's have only salt added, and are fried in their own oil.

All of the pork rinds are from pork fed corn and soy, so you are basically eating vegetable oils.

That chilled meat from the beginning probably came up to room temperature in all that time. I would get the chilled things last.

Thank you SO MUCH for making this video!! I absolutely love Costco and I’ve been wanting to do Keto because I’m having a hard time losing some stubborn weight. But it’s overwhelming to figure out how to do it right and how to add it to my weekly budget especially since my family doesn’t want to do keto but I do. I really appreciate you for making this video!! 😃💖 thank you!!
