1. Focus not on yourself, but on the desired outcome. 2. Forgive oversight to regulate harmony. 3. Think about how you can receive that fulfillment. 4. Transfer confidence through effective communication, regardless of uncertainties. 5. Manage your personal emotions.

"Hurt people hurt people" Face provocation with empathy, but don't be a doormat. If your colleague, or even your boss, has a pattern of unprofessional, immature and irresponsible behavior and you notice that it's being tolerated, then you have to set YOUR boundaries. It might not be necessary for the company you're working for, but it's necessary for your mental health and even your physical health. If you can't do that, get out, it's not worth it.

Thank you for this helpful video! My key takeaway is to focus on the outcome and not myself. I will be trying this and hopefully it will help me to maintain composure!!

I need to stay composed. I need to remember that I was never taught composure by example. I need to remember that I was never expected to stay composed as a young person. My triggers for anger are numerous and petty. I need to remind myself not to react out of frustration. If I can take a moment and stop to explain the situation I’m in, I’ll have a much better reaction. If I focus on the goal and not my initial frustration, I can move past the stimulus and complete the task. I just practiced it and I feel better about myself. I need to remember that composure will lead to my feeling more confident in myself and will give me a better experience with this life I’ve been given. I need to remember that self discipline will help me feel more secure with who I am. My intuition is good. Just gotta work on the self discipline and composure. Thanks for posting this vid. I was able to sort through some mental issues just within this 16 minute time span. I can’t afford therapy yet, but after this experience, I know it will benefit me greatly. I get fridays off in this next job and I am seriously considering finding a therapist so I can work through all these issues I’ve had since childhood. They have deep roots. Wish me luck. I’ll use KZbin until then.

I learned alot today, the next thing I have to learn is how to keep my cool when someone is arrogance while I’m the expert… yet I have to follow their commands or that they are in better position when they don’t deserve to be
