The good news is that sobriety is "everywhere", if we're willing to look for it. I worked at an international airport for fifteen years. I saw people drinking martini's and tall beers on every concourse, five days a week and would say to myself, "That looks good"...for THEM". I just did a seven night cruise on the west coast of the US. (11/2 to 11/9) People drinking all over the ship. My business was to get to the daily AA meetings onboard, and live in the solution with other people who don't have to pick up a drink for ANYTHING! No matter what we're doing, where we are, or what our circumstances, with a little effort sobriety is as close as we want it to be. ✌ Mark

This is great to hear that there are AA meetings on cruises! I’ll have to see which cruise lines offer them now when I cruise.

@@amandabailey4896 I believe most of them do, but it certainly is worth asking. Holland America, and Royal Caribbean had a specific room and time everyday. It was great! All the best to you...

Drunk ppl are so boring, that’s the first thing I noticed ! I’ve been sober for one year and ten months😅thinking back I used to think ppl who don’t drink are boring 😂
