I rigorously followed 14 hour fasting window ,the day you uploaded the video . To my surprise my waist circumference down by 2cm . Thank you so much Dr.Pal ! Especially your follow up live keep motivating me .

I just listened to your video about "when to eat matters more than what to eat",which was an eye opener and a friendly advice that motivated me to get in to the eating fasting windows business, i m so happy and proud of myself i m losing weight and seeing non scale victory like sitting on the floor and getting up without much effort or difficulty:) this video also gives me loads of hope...i think soon we are gonna start Dr.pal fan army 😂 in that same video u mentioned that you will b so happy to know if one person changes after seeing this, u achieved ur goal na?that one person (or one in many) is me for sure...good luck dr pal..we love ur service :)

Hi Doctor after sunset and sunrise 5pm-9 or 10 am intermittent fasting and walking I reduced 6 kgs in 2.6 months. Age 34 60kg to 54kg really unbelievable 🤗. Thank you so much ☺️ I am giving the same tips whoever want to reduce sharing ur videos so yaan petra inbam ivayagamum peruga 🙏

I am type-2 diabetic since 10 years. My blood sugar was between 200 - 300. After viewing your video started 8-16 intermittent fasting. 8 hrs is eating window. Low carb high protein diet. Not feeling hungry. My sugar levels are between 150 - 200. Your way of expression, motivated me to start intermittent fasting. Thank you.

I’m glad you speak about the Circadian rhythm and sunlight related hormones. Some people think I’m crazy we eat dinner at 6pm instead of beyond 10pm 😂😂. I only responded with it being the Ayurvedic way all these years, I’ll use this now as well 😆

Thank you! Because 12 hours sounded much less daunting than 16 hrs to fast, I attempted it starting that night. I do not snack and eat three meals. Some mornings I am not hungry and can go longer, even 14 hours without eating. I am not hungry and I often have plain yogurt with fruit for dinner. It is very comfortable and has broken my habit of stress/boredom random snacking. I am so glad I stumbled on this video and have subscribed. Clothes are already fitting better. Bless you.

Followed a 17 hour fasting window for 2 months, and have lost 3 kgs. SO happy!! Thank you Dr Pal. I also did some moderate exercises unlike before….daily without missing.

Dr Pal I am heading towards my weight goal and 5 lbs to go. The TRE (time restricted eating) method you recommend works really..!! I do 5 miles walk each day 6 x days a week. Eating window 7 AM to 2:00 PM and fasting window 2 pm to 7 AM next morning. I came down from 178 lbs to 158 lbs in about 3.5 to 4 months. Thanks to all you do to us. ❤❤❤

SIR I AM REALLY SO HAPPY TO SAY YOUR SERVICE IS FANTASTIC, I AM JUSTING FOLLOWING YOUR FASTING METHOD FROM MARCH ONWARDS , SO STRICTLY FOLLOWING IN TAKING FOODS , I TAKE ONLY FRUITS IN THE MORNING 9 TO 9.30 AM AND MY LUNCH WITH RICH IN FRUITS, RICH IN PROTEINS AROUND 3 TO 3.30 PM EVERYDAY. NEARLY I REDUCED 20 KG ,MY HIP SIZE WAS 43 INCH NOW ONLY 36 INCH. Hey Dr pal .. I started watching ur channel n lost 15 kg in last 6 months .. I do fasting of 15 hrs now .. I take 2 meals breakfast and lunch..1200 cal and 20 min walk after both the meals.. 30 min weight training.. it's working really good .. I was obes 109 kg .. now 94 kg .. all thanks to u .. I love u

Dear Dr Pal, As you’re an expert gastroenterologist, I am a big fan of yours. Not only that, I sincerely follow all your advice, tips and keep watching your videos and study them deeply. They’re extremely informative, useful and inspiring. I am following the circadian rhythm, 12 & 12 hours window & sometimes 14& 10 hours is also possible. Please guide me about flatulence and gases . Right since I was an adolescent, child I have weak digestive system. I tend to get gases and that creates stiffness in my back, so much so that I can’t wear my show laces…. But sometimes it’s ( my back) so soft that I wear them easily . I do exercises ( strength training, core & swim 🏊‍♀️ for a cardio,5-6 days a week in total) Eat like very limited amounts and times also. I am a non diabetic and have no comorbidities of any kind. Pl make a video on how to eliminate gases, rigidity , inflammation caused due to gases . I shall be very grateful and soon I will be giving for the noble purpose of Aishwarya Trust. Hi doctor. Unga videos are very informative and entertaining. My waist is 84cm. I just started the time restricted fasting since past one week. I start eating at 11:30am and start fasting at 7pm. Looking forward to seeing a change in 6weeks. 😊

Gud morning Doctor! I saw your video on 1st of March.Recently I came to know that I have elevated Hbaic with normal Blood sugar.When I saw your video I was 72.5kg.After I followed IF for 14 hrs my weight today am 70kg.I am really happy. No problem with the fasting.Thank you so much! I am not on any medication. My Endocrinologist said to repeat the Blood works after 3 months but to change the lab.Thank again ! GBU

Hi I am exactly in the same situation. Started and doing this method for 2 months and now see hba1c is elevated which was norma but I reduced 4 kgs. I am not diabetic but this is discouraging. @jeyanthi - can you pls tell me if the hba1c got settled for you with continuing this method?

Hi folks , I have some time restricted feeding in past but left it due to instant result Not coming . Now I managed to do through things taking doc advise seriously a) added Guggul additionally primarily for knee Pains b) follow the advise ensuring concept of stop when full and not treating wastage as sin . Remarkable results 7 lb in 15 days . Thanks doc gif advising strict regimen .you are great .🙏😊

Bro good evening.Senthil mohan here from thekady .Started fasting intermittent before I saw your video s .Feeling confident after seeing yours .I'm a long distance cyclist injured my foot running one whole yr 7kms daily at home and now decided to follow your words .my fast starts 8pm after dinner and ends only at 12 noon .In this window I have in small tumbler of black coffee without sugar and I basically a farmer also go out doors.Settling down since it s been a week since started .

Dr pal, May Allah SWT bless you health and success. I have started fasting on every Monday and Thursday. I am eating 2 phulkas or Ragi mudda one ball size with some dual and curry and then opening my fast after sunset.

Dr.Pal, have just"discivered" you. Have become an instant follower. Even though I don't need to lose weight, I am 61, female and weigh 44.5 Kg. But am very much interested in keeping ny gut healthy. Am following Ur intermittent fasting, and feeling a whole lot better, generally better, and am also diligently following the tips about carbs with fermented products. Hi Dr.Pal Am following the time restricted feeding, my eating window is from 8:30am to 6:30pm (along with calori deficit), In a month I have reduced 5kgs And now all my friends and cousins ask me how I reduced so fastly And I say dr.pal's vdo's are the secret of my weight loss And everyone started time restricted feeding now Hats off to u..👏

While keeping 12+hrs fasting window is definitely beneficial.... speaking from personal experience for some years now.... isn't it also important to maintain 3-4 hrs gap before last bite & sleep? I personally don't think it is healthy to sleep within 3hrs of a heavy dinner, even if one is maintaining the 12hr fasting window. Do share your opinion.... I'm sure it will help many Also lot of people seem to skip breakfast & instead eat late dinner....to keep to the fasting window.... personally i don't think it is a healthy practice in the long run. Do elaborate on it

Thanks to your inspiring videos, i have managed to exercise self control and have increased my fasting window to about 14 - 15 hours everyday. I was wondering how much it would set me back in case I break the fast at around 12 hours occasionally due to social situations - visiting people and such. Would it be alright?

Hi Dr Pal. If I continue to drink water or coffee only between 8.30pm through to 6.00pm daily. And dinner with family from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. I will post how I get on in the next two weeks. Thank you for your videos. I have watched this video, and will try to eat at sunset, but sunset is 5.30pm at present.

very true, i was facing sleeping issues, i used to sleep after 2 or 3am. when i was eating nearly at my bed time but since i started doing IF, automatically im feeling sleepy, and i could see that my sleeping pattern is getting better..🎉

Oh!! Just watched to the end, so I eat whatever I want (I KNOW NOT JUNK) just stick to the 10-12 hrs sunrise to sunset for six weeks. Daylight kinda….. Oh Lord I have insomnia and you mentioned it will help me sleep omg I will definitely try this I need sleep badly!! This video was four years ago, wow and only saw this a few mins ago. Hi Dr. Pal, is taking thyroid medication and brushing your teeth with paste considered as breaking the fast! I’m very happy to find some regiment like time restricted eating rather than all the other options out there. I’m a prediabetic and with South Indian diet, it is a challenge to keep the A1C levels under control. I’m not overweight and try to do HIIT exercise during winter and rest of the time walk outdoors to maintain my health. Appreciate your effort in doing all these useful videos

Dr.Pal, I am a Registered Dietitian practicing in US, Saw your conversation with a pregnant woman on IF, they should be mindful as with restricting eating to certain windows or days, it may be difficult to get the right amount of nutrition in what they are eating. Losing wt. is not recommended for pregnant woman.

I have had great difficulty in still maintaining the 9 hr window. Not been able to go with longer window. 😞hopefully will try again starting this week to slowly raise it to 10 and all the way to 12 hrs.

Just appreciate the way you explain things. I start my eating window at 10am and finish at 6pm. I feel good...I started at 85kgs in sept 2020. I am now 69 in June 2021.. The loss of weight has stopped. What can I reduce further. BMI is now 29.3.

Thanks for useful and interesting video Dr.. Pl clarify whether taking tablets after dinner also comes under fasting window? I take tablet for cholesterol after half an hour of my dinner time.. Also pl tell the best time gap for fasting window?

Adyar Anand Bhavan ribbon pakoda,ellu murukku and pepper sev is really tempting doctor,especially watching Tv series at night.eventhough I finish my supper at 7pm,still I feel like korichifying at 11pm just not to miss the serials

Hello doctor...by following ur method, I have lost 3 kgs in 11/2 months, but I am not able to sleep properly at night because of my empty stomach...u told me that I should continue for 6 weeks and then my body will adapt..6 weeks are over, but still the same, my tummy starts growling around 9 pm, and I drink water...I go to sleep around 11 pm, but then wake up around 3 am, and then I can't sleep...and wake up & see ur videos...

Decrease 1 hour from dinner time and follow for 6 weeks. Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm

I eat food after work. hour of work is 8am to 5pm. But after watching a video of yours, I put lemon in my water, so it appears i eat all day. I will now try and drink just water or black coffee. I would like to try and eat dinner with my family, but it is dark early in winter, usually by 5.30pm. I will try and give feedback.
