I used eye filters but after knowing that any filter isn't 100% effective, (even N95😅😂) Now I'll keep away my phones "1.5 hour" before sleep😉

Dr. Pal, I finish my dinner at 8.30, watch TV till 10.30, answering my phone n go to bed with a dimmed light well behind my head. I also cover my eyes to shut all light. Still, at age 80, I don't get enough sleep n wake up at 5.30.

Dr Pal, I’m following 16/8 for the last one month and I’m so happy that I weigh 3 kilos less. I take my phone with me and put it away right before I sleep. I knew it had bad effects but I haven’t been thinking about it much. The way you explained the chemistry behind it all is brilliant. I will be able to follow your simple rules. Yet again you’ve done an excellent video which is light and enjoyable. Thank you!!!!

Hi Doc, I work permanent night at the hospital...I find it difficult to get a a good sleep pattern when I off duty.....I so use to be awake at night so when I'm off I fall asleep only roundabout 3-4 o clock in the morning...what can I do please 😴

Hi Doc , thanks a lot again . My weight loss journey started slowly when you explained the time restricted feeding and on top of it the calorie count calculator is giving amazing results . My question is now my calorie is fixed at 1500 per day, how about eating 2 pieces of grilled chicken vs 1 piece of fried chicken ? What are the complications?

Hi Dr Pal..this is my first comment 😃my sleep time is 11pm and the last i look at my phone is 10.55pm..i have disturbed sleep..now i guess i know the reason for it..Wl start by putting the phone aside atleast 30mins before going to bed and gradually increase the time to 2hrs..thank you for the info😊..My husband and i have been following time restricted feeding for 4 weeks now and i must say that its working wonders..my weight was within normal range but i had lower belly fat(due to PCOD) which i was unable to reduce but after starting the time restricted feeding my waist circumference has come down from 90cms to 80cms and weight from 62 to 59.8kg..My husband is over weight but his weight also reduced by 5kgs..I'm glad that i came across your video on youtube and it has really helped us..thanks alot Dr Pal..looking forward to see more such motivating videos from you🙏🙏

Dr Pal , thank you for all your information ! I have been doing fasting 16/8 for almost 6 weeks unfortunately only lost 3 ponds !! My calorie intake is less than a 1000 even 800 I only need to lose 15 ponds and it has been very challenging ! I appreciate if you can give me some advise ? I am following all your KZbin videos !🤩

Don't go less than 1200 calories. Not advisable Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm. Stay calm and strictly follow it

Not able to fall asleep by 9 or 10 pm so typically keep the phone away at 11:30 and go to bed also at the same time ..this is helpful!

After 3 months of time restricted feeding 8.30p.m to 10a.m and 40 squats a day I lost 7 kg. on seeing this I felt happy.. last week I had fever for 3 days and 2 more days of bed rest I went out .. all grannies and few friends says that because of fever u Became like this .... Namaste Dr, I am following your advice for the past one month and good results r there. My sleeping time starts at 9.30 pm and wake up in the morning at 4.30am. Dr after doing some yoga exercises for half an hour I will go for walking half an hour with strict discipline, also following your advice of first sip of black tea without sugar after twelve hours of previous day last dinner which I used to finish before eight pm. I am sixty now and my height is 165cm and now I am weighing 68.5kgs. Moreover for the past fifteen days I used to go for walk evening strict disciplined for 2.5 kms . My family is vegetarian and I used to take my regular lunch around 11.30 am , evening a cup of tea with little bit snacks and I finish my dinner with a tiffen before eight pm and after that only water. What is your advice towards maintaining a good health 🙏🙏

Good. Reduce one hour from dinner. Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm

Good information, doctor. Thanks! Shall begin following the circadian rhythm schedule for sleep. I have been so far retiring to bed between 10 PM to 11 PM and viewing the phone almost till 5 to 10 minutes before going to bed! One doubt: is working on PC/laptop equivalent to viewing the mobile phone? Or is it, in any way, less harmful?
