you can also use bitter melon making salad ingredients. 1 whole bitter melon thinly sliced 3 whole shallots thinly sliced squeezed juice of calamansi or lemon. taste to your liking pinch of salt this salad is great when you're eating fried fish and rice.

Bitter gourd dry fry abit burnt at the sides push them to sides of wok then oil, add eggs and cook scramble fold in the gourd will be nicer lah.

It's called carali in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹🇹🇹take out seeds. Cut in thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and let sit 4 10minutes. Squeeze out liquid. Cut up onion, garlic and hot pepper, tomatoes. Saute aromatics and add bitter melon. Cook just enough to soften, bout 12 minutes. Add in beaten eggs and let set turning very gently. Cook till eggs are set and adjust salt. Now you eat❤❤

Thank you, Ah Pa. I will try this. I cooked bitter melon once and the bitter taste was disgusting. I want to find a dish with bitter melon that I can enjoy because it is supposed to be beneficial for diabetes.

Try slicing the bitter melon thinly n marinate with salt without adding water.later wash the melon before frying

Hello Bishika! Cut the Bittermelon in half the long way. Take a metal spoon and scrape the white yellowish inside and seed out. Wash the Bittermelon. When you are about to cut, Put the bitter melon down skin side facing up. Cut diagonal or across thinly. Tip: put your fingers behind the middle finger, like a snake. Rest the side of the blade against the middle finger knuckle and cut. This will make sure you don't cut yourself. Garlic same way.
