Thank you so much for sharing the above video. In my friends case any trivial movement from the toes like how she raises her foot on her toes ( up and down ) it flutters . It is a primitive reflex specially when your foot and toes are pointing down. And yes, you can use anything to stretch your toes and foot to point up. Be gentle soecially when releasing the steetch to avoid rebound
