Thank you for this conversation and wisdom! Gossip is so deceiving because we think it’s “bonding” time. It’s a waste of words, when there’s so MANY uplifting and encouraging words we not speaking. Your crowd makes your cloud. Let’s take those moments as opportunities to plant seeds of change.

Learning how to stop gossiping, complaining, and engaging in negative talk is transformative for personal growth and relationships. This approach not only fosters a more positive and supportive environment but also enhances mental well-being and productivity. Embracing positivity and constructive communication is a powerful step towards a healthier, happier life.

I really needed to hear this today! Thank you for being so vulnerable and for sharing your knowledge in scripture and this topic. I have been recently feeling a lot of conviction from the Lord to work on this area in my life and to watch my tongue and to not gossip because talking badly about yourself or others is poison.

This podcast really resonated with me A LOT, I'll admit I'm terrible for cussing, gossiping, negative talk, I hate that I do it, I always regret it after, but in the moment I don't even think. I think the people you surround yourself with and your life, environment, work, co workers, etc can have a big impact on bringing out the worst in you or the best in you, I'm not passing the blame at all onto others, but it sure does make it much more difficult to stop cussing, gossiping and negative talk when everyone around you does it or its negative and brings you down. I think part of my approach to working on this also needs to be changing the people I'm around and my environment, though work is the worst place for it unfortunately, but birds of a feather flock together

Needed this so much! As a Christian trying to get closer to Jesus and the faith, I need some help with some good practices! It's not easy breaking old habits, but your podcast has been truly a blessing to help steer me in the right direction! You feel like a best friend that holds me accountable! Keep it going Madi!

I think you are so naturally hilarious, 20 minutes in 17:47 "that's what i want to talk about today" then 20 minutes before video ends 54:54 "as we wrap up". But don't hold back Madison, that "extra" time is always interesting, you drop wisdom bombs, you give inspiring ideas (foster care), or something funny is happening (the spider attack). That being said pray for me Maddie, I'm working on a project that I think will make a lot of good to a lot of people. But it so hard to consistently work on it. Then it so hard to put myself out there mainly because nothing from my past qualifies me for it.

Great subject very relatable. I was someone who was gossiped about and betrayed a lot in my life. I never knew words would damage me so much and I began to lose myself but God saved me and I’m in the process of finding my true self again through God 🙏

I loved this podcast!! Could you do an episode with Grant talking about how to handle arguments in marriage? Many times when my husband and I argue it tends to blow out of proportion and it’s over small things. Many times it is me that gets upset or sad over small things and soon enough it turns into this big thing and I don’t want to continue like this 🥺

Your Stay True Podcast is incredibly engaging and informative, and it deserves to reach a wider audience. Have you considered strategies to expand your reach among your target listeners? (ie: your channel no video tags and channel tags, and no shares, SEO score ZERO out of 100, etc)

Hi Madi, I would love to hear about what you think about tattoos….i know what the Bible says in the Old Testament but I also know what Jesus did for us…I believe we should be set part and not get tattoos but I know that Jesus died on the cross for us but we don’t live under the law anymore. Me and my mom always get into it when it comes to tattoos but I would love to know if I’m wrong, I just need the Truth to this!
