I fell off because I got so caught up with life that I started engaging in harmful forms of escapism, and You know how that goes. We are honestly the same because I can fully relate. Right now im at the point in my journey where I am just embracing being a healthier person in general. I live an active lifestyle so I prioritize eating in moderation at least 80% of the week and then I workout when I feel like it. I'm just resting now because I'm building momentum for beast mode.

I fell off because I was depressed from my job, I was building a custom home with my husband, and I was soooo stressed out 😩 I looked up and gained 41 pounds in a year smh. I go back to my personal trainer on Dec.1st so I’m determined to get my fine back.
