Yes ma'am! Cash is emotional and when it's gone, that hurts lol. We all spend more when we swipe because it's a thoughtless process. Good advice!

SOOO TRUE!!! I saved the most when I was using cash envelopes. Swiping that card gives us super powers. I meed to get back on it! Thanks for the reminder.

I agree with you, something about that cash leaving your hand hit different. Ive been carrying the same $60 bucks for 2 months now. I also WFH so I do not spend during the week.

Im afraid if you have 20k in credit card debt, you can't have a "fully funded" savings account.

If she meant “fully funded savings account” aka she has $1k on it, or “Highest deductible covered” (aka step 1 of the FOO), then it’s the right order. It’s just not a “fully funded savings account”

I saw this nice enveloping wallet that would put daily spending into a serious persepective. Also, I need a tatoo across my freaking right hand that would be a constant reminder. Spending is exciement for me.
