The one thing that held me back from consistenty was my depression. I’ve been in therapy for 2 years but it just seemed to not help. I got on antidepressants & started getting back in the gym. I hit my 1K & was able to write out more goals. I feel more motivated & I had to do what I needed to get back healthy. Thank you for this video. Lots of great tips I feel I have mastered, now I just have to put in the work.

@QueenIntuitiveElle2 жыл бұрын
@@LowkysWorld show up for yourself right now. This is a new moment. Start with allowing yourself 30 minutes of self-love self-care daily. Either in the morning or as soon as you wake up or at night before you lay your head down. Then start to put the work in. Let go of the fear let go of the worry let go of the anxiety and allow yourself to flow. Post something today and don’t let it be perfect just let it be you and then you will feel much better. Do not be attached to results be focus on your purpose.

So this my second time watching this video today. It's currently 3:19am and I refused to go to bed without doing a brain dump. Doing a brain dump was a small but yet big step for me because I struggle with being organized in my business and personal life. I now have a clearer vision on what I want February and the rest of the year to look like for my business. Consistency is easy one you get but so hard to grasp at time. Nonetheless I truly enjoyed this video and it was defiantly what I needed to hear.

Hi Erin, some great tips here! I really struggle with being consistent but this gave me an understanding as to why. A lot of it is rooted in fear and the lack of planning. But I am working on things this year, no more sleeping!
@LargeFamilyFavor4 жыл бұрын
Ok, so hear goes a mouth full. I feel that I'm personally struggling with being consistent because I'm doubting/questioning my ideas. I know that its the fear that you were talking about in another video ( just found your channel this past weekend and yes, it's binge worthy🤗). I tell myself things like, "Thats already out there in internet world, I have nothing to offer my viewers like a PDF, curriculum, etc. I also feel like the mood and time is never right. I have 8 children and trying to record in peace.....well let's just say that there's never a dull moment around here. Another thing is privacy. It's like yes I want to share what it's like to be a homemaker, home educator homeschooling 8 children, etc but not at the cost of loosing our privacy, and because of the craziness of being online I don't like to show my children on my channel. And it's hard! Editing them out takes a lot of time. I also find myself trying to record at night when everything and one has quieted only to realize that I have lost all of the natural lighting that I needed to record. Copyright laws! I want to review curriculum for other moms to consider but I don't want to open a book from my shelf for a review and then get hit with fines, you know?! And then there's the KZbin policy. Trying to understand them can be tricky and time consuming in itself. So like I only have about 100+ subscribers therefore I'm under the impression that I can't put any links referring to another website in my description box, I can't do a sponsored review of a curriculum for a company or review a new baby item, ECT..... until I reach 1000 subscribers. I also want to do curriculum give aways but I need to same for a P.O. Box first (you know, that whole privacy issue). My apologies for the long winded version but for the first time I actually feel like I'm laying my concerns before someone that can actually answer my questions and point me into the right direction. Have a blessed 🙏 day.

‼️Erin‼️ Thank you so much for making these videos. This one really hit home because this is the exact formula that I used to be able to be more consistent! 1.) Posting on my IG story (and actually telling story 😉) 2.) Participating in challenges so that I will engage more on my feed. 3.) & Sitting down and filming my first KZbin video which will drop tomorrow. 🙌🏽😁 Those methods really allowed me to get more comfortable in front of a camera and get feedback from my friends (followers). You got this thing down to a T and I appreciate you so much for being so transparent! 💕With your help and encouragement, I was able to be more consistent and start branding myself. I really can’t thank you enough. I’m so excited for the future! ❤️🍏💪🏽

I'm just about to start being active on YT (I only have two uploaded vids as of right now but I'm currently editing my vlog about my surgery in DR). I do run a plastic surgery support group and a corresponding IG page. There's always a buzz but the difference in engagement/views when I'm consistent and remain active vs when I'm sporadically uploading is insane and worth mentioning! Scheduling my FB posts has always helped and yesterday I was introduced to a scheduling app for IG that I am excited to try. I enjoy your content so much! I'm excited to upload my multi-part vlog and I know that I have to just keep coming with content once it's out there. I'm trying to get organized and ready for that now. As I've spent this quarantine time trying to learn, brand and market myself, I realized that the major thing my business has lacked over so many years is consistency. Like you said, some days I just wouldn't feel like posting or taking pictures or recording videos but then I would look up a month later and hadn't engaged at all. Just lazy! Missing out on all types of potential clients and possibilities. Then as I started to re-evaluate everything, a lack of consistency has been a major flaw for the longest. That comes into play with good habits, better judgment and sticking to the plan. Lets just say I could get side tracked very easily. I had to change my mindset first and start to hold myself accountable, which is what i have been doing this year. It is a process (WHEW!), but I'm doing it. Just know.. all of your content is definitely appreciated!

Hi new subscriber here. I left KZbin at a little over 400 subscribers. Not being consistent in the beginning I was spooked when the algorithms changed, being all over the place I probably was just enjoying the family. My Facebook Crafting group was archived until further notice. So many hurdles have been crossed in 2019 up until today 2020 . I am paying more attention to why I’ve been led to the platform, what’s my message (content) and to whom it should be spoken (audience). You have to stay focus on your journey and thanks Erin for being here we know we’re not alone.
