What's the longest time that you like to store your juice?
@Majesthiicc3 жыл бұрын
I drink it right after. But now as I’m becoming more busy, I would like to know how long can it last and I want as much as nutrition possible. Because I keep on seeing ppl doing juice prep for a week.
@saraev11193 жыл бұрын
2 days. Is that okay?
@JuiceFeaster2 жыл бұрын
@@Majesthiicc yes! 3 days topped up and sealed if you have a slow masticating style juicer. 24 hours if you have a centrifugal style juicer. Freezing in ball jars is also a great way to store. You can store for at least 30 days in the freezer. Just make sure to leave at least 1” headspace at the top of the jar to avoid breaking the jar from freezing expansion.

Hello. How long can i store the juice if I use the mason jar and the food saver jar seal?
@JuiceFeaster2 жыл бұрын
Hello! No longer than 3 days is my recommendation. If you can get the temperature down to 35F and use a vacuum sealer, then 5 would be ok.

Thank you for this great video! Is that ok to store fresh apple juice with carrots from a centrifugal juicer overnight in a 62° degrees environment (out of the refrigerator), using the same jars containers you are using on this video? It will still have all the nutrients? Thank you 🙏!!
@JuiceFeaster2 жыл бұрын
Hello! No it’s not advisable to store at that warm temperature. It will lose nutrients and begin to oxidize rapidly at that temperature. Cold refrigerator temperatures are best. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hey , What are your thoughts on eating or juicing fruit when you have cavities ?
@JuiceFeaster Жыл бұрын
Hello! Cavities aren’t a result of eating fruit over any other food type. It’s simply a matter of having good oral hygiene, oral microbiome health and nasal breathing. Here’s what I do: for juice, I advise drinking through a reusable straw as much as possible. I rinse with water after juice. Always rinse with water after eating. I always wait at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours to let the enamel re harden naturally before brushing. I advise coconut oil pulling first thing in the morning and right before bed. Flossing and brushing regularly in the morning and evening. With all of that in practice, I haven’t had any issues with my teeth. Great question! Thanks for asking!!!

Have an awesome week!

I really appreciate that! I am getting the guts up to do a juice FEAST There are many schools on how to drink during the day, I really have not decided that...Some say to ONLY drink 8 ounces per hour (my possible option), some say to drink 32 ounces every 2 hours going from 8am - 5 pm (only covers an 8 hour span, I am going to need something to drink during the other hours I am awake, so I am NOT looking at this), some say to drink when you are thirsty ( I believe you get a hunger/water signal AFTER you needed food and it is too late as opposed to a steady steam of food to not feel hunger)..What do you prefer?

@@Bubbletruckwindowcleaning yes! You can freeze them with minimal nutrient loss for up to 30 days. Leave about an inch of headspace so that the jar doesn’t break from freeze expansion of the juice.

Hello! What type of juicer do you have if I might ask? Is it a centrifugal or a slow masticating style?
@whateverboss22723 жыл бұрын
@@JuiceFeaster it’s normal juicer not the slow ones
@JuiceFeaster3 жыл бұрын
@@whateverboss2272 yes, the centrifugal style juicers add a lot oxygen to the juice during the juicing process. This oxidizes the juice and causes the issues you’re experiencing. Slow masticating style juicers don’t oxidize the juice, thus allowing you to store the juice for longer in the fridge.

I’m looking to start a juice business.. what are your thoughts on blast freezing? Thanks 👍
@JuiceFeaster3 жыл бұрын
Hey! That’s awesome! I think it’s ok to freeze. There have been some studies done to show that nutrient & enzyme loss is pretty low. If I was freezing for myself, I probably wouldn’t freeze longer than 2 weeks to 30 days. I have personally had some juices delivered from Raw Cane Super Juice from Cali and they were delicious. They had just a little slushy ice left in them when they arrived and were perfect. Best of luck on your juice biz!
@devlintube96103 жыл бұрын
Hey and thanks for the speedy response 👍 I understand that blast freezing is the way to go to protect the enzymes. I’m unsure if I can then move and store within a standard chest freezer. My blast freezer only has a smallish amount of space. I’ll keep researching. Thanks again 👍
@JuiceFeaster3 жыл бұрын
@@devlintube9610 awesome! Yeah I think once they are frozen, they’d be fine in a conventional freezer unit as long as the temp stays a consistent freezing temperature. Have fun with it! Making juice for those who need it! Bravo!

@JuiceFeaster2 жыл бұрын

@@JuiceFeaster bloating. But we have coke n pepsi here . I think carbonate juice is better than coke. Thank u for reply. By the way whats the effect of acidity on our body?
@JuiceFeaster2 жыл бұрын
@@muralidharan2044 yes better relative to Coke or Pepsi, but that is not saying much as those are not great at all. Acidic things like carbonic acid require the body to buffer the acid with basic aspects from the body. This can lead to crystalline formations in joints, etc over time that lead to arthritis or aching joints etc.
