I feel much more relaxed and have better posture with out having to force it as much. I was in a car accident which hurt my upper neck spine and muscles. It was a minor accident but it still causes me pain and it’s hard to get good posture and it’s hard to get flexibility in that area. I went to A chiropractor and physical therapy and got shots in my back to break up the tight muscles and that helped a lot but this is a good stretch and I can add strengthening to it.I can tell you know what your doing with this stretch thank you for making it! I’m going to get some yoga blocks to deepen the stretch.
