Ok, you are fab and thanks, well I'm doing ok, slow and steady wins the race and I'm winning against my laziness but I find doing ankle strenghtening très boring, tedious and downright hard = discouraging. How the heck can they be weak, they support me doing everything all the time, yet they are! Love from Montreal!

Im now post hip replacement and so badly deconditioned that i just DONT go close to the ground because getting up again is too hard. Thanks for this consideration

Hi, Thanks a lot for your easy exercises...very useful for Sr. Citizens like me. Please show me the exercise for increasing the flexion of the knee joint.I have only 90degrees flexion.I have knee joint pain.
