Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the training, it's great. My only question is: when do you recommand to train? Before a pole session as o sort of warmingup or on the contrary after your session, once you're already warm?

Depends on your goals and what works best for your body. Extreme stretching isn't a good idea before doing dynamic pole, such as flips and things. But if you are planning on working on bendy things on pole then a good stretch session before is ideal. You can stretch before or after your pole time or on a completely separate day. Case variant and not a one size fits all.

@@Elizabeth_BFit Thank you so much. I guess I will work apart from my pole sessions, I appreciate it all the more.

Dear Elizabeth , How many times I must repeat this stretching ? Because the clip is only 3 minutes and 4 seconds and You advises the stretching to be 15 minutes ?
