Hey bro, love your work and follow you on instagram! I started coaching a 9 year old girl that wants 2 get faster- she has a good foundation of overall fitness and strength from her parents that took her 2 CrossFit classes. Any advice please bro?

Yes bro! Make sure to work a lot of resistance with her when running. Also, focus on her ankle/hip strength. That’s critical
