I love her videos. I just started the accelerated nursing program at my school I will graduate at the end of next year. Her videos have helped me come to class prepared and refreshed. Love the way she breaks things down to understand better than explained in text. Thank you so much for giving me more confidence as a student ❤️❤️

I been watching your videos even before I had an interest for nursing. Currently in an LVN program right now due to how hard it is to get into A BSN program. Thank you so much for everything because to be honest Im a kinesthetic learner so I love volunteering and doing skills, what I lack is theory. Whenever I take my tests I score decently to pass and maybe at most a high B but its a struggle for me when it comes to putting in "Efficient Time". I've had days where i spent 4-6 hours and only understood 40% of the chapter.
@Jmarpi082 жыл бұрын
I completely understand you. And it’s so frustrating when you spend so much time reading and writing and taking notes and trying to understand the concepts to only end up retaining just a small portion of what you read.

Was wondering...I watched your videos on ADN vs BSN and your husband spoke about loans. I didn't hear anything about community college or tech programs for ADN not having access to loans unless you get a private one of course. I'm in NC and you can only get a student loan (non private) if you go to a university (BSN). I have an associate art degree from community college and want my BSN. I have one choice as I am middle aged and the closest university is 30 minutes away. More choices for ADN programs in driving distance but hard to come up with funds if necessary. (Mortgage, car payment, husband :) , etc). Anyway, no government loans at community or tech programs would be good information in your videos. Thank you for what you guys do! Please keep me in your prayers! !

Hey again :o) I went to Amazon for the Saunders book you recommended but I'm not sure which one to choose. :o( There are 4 of them. If you could, would you please include a link (from Amazon......or wherever I can find it for a reasonable price) in the description box so I can see which one you recommend? Pretty please and thank you so very much! Again....I LOVE your videos! Thank you for taking the time to share with us!
@RegisteredNurseRN9 жыл бұрын
+Smile2DayTears2Morro Hello again ;-) Yes, there are various editions and it can be really confusing lol. I recommend the latest edition (6 edition because it has the most update NCLEX info). Here it is on Amazon.com: www.amazon.com/Saunders-Comprehensive-NCLEX-RN%C2%AE-Examination-Nclex-Rn/dp/1455727555/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454696118&sr=8-1&keywords=saunders+nclex+review+2015 It looks like you can get it new for $53.00 or used for $37.00. I added a link in the description as well and that link includes the book and my study log on how many questions I practiced for NCLEX daily (and my exit HESI) and what I scored on HESI and when I passed NCLEX. It may help guide you in studying :) Feel free to share it. I hope that helps!

Sarah, you are a Godsend. I listen to your videos every morning for an hour while working out. I love your videos and your energy. I'm returning to school in my late forty's. I'm a visual learner and have ample time to commit to studying. What are your thoughts of my taking A&P l and lab during an 8week summer course? I want to apply to The Nursing School Program in Aug 2018 and thought it would be best to take 1 science per semester leading up to applying. APll fall 2017, Microbiology Spring 2018. Your thoughts? I appreciate you. XOXO
@RegisteredNurseRN7 жыл бұрын
Hello :) Thank you so much for the awesome comment. I really appreciate it! I think it would be an excellent idea to take A & P w/ lab during the summer....that way you can get it over it. Since it is an 8 week course it will cover a lot of material in a short amount of time, so be sure you stay on top of everything. It really isn't that bad and the course is over fast...instead a whole semester of the course. Your plan sounds great. I wish you the best and thank you for watching my videos :)
