Another great video - I've been working on my 2000 LT-F250F that I've had for quite a few years but only ridden circles around my back yard. I've watched quite a few of your videos and must say you have done an excellent job explaining how to work on these machines. Do they have external fuel filters? I am getting ready to rebuild my carb this weekend and didn't see a filter other than the little one in the carb and the one in the petcock. Thanks for being a great resource for us home mechanics.

Excellent video, Thank you. Question please: 1994 LT250 quadrunner 4x4: I rebuilt the carburetor, it now starts and runs, but at way too high of an idle. I know there is only one adjustable jet, I set it where I found it. If it is idling way too high, and the external idle adjustment isn't even touching the throttle, should I adjust the adjustable jet? Can I access it without removing the carb again? Which direction would I adjust it if idle is too high? Thank you for the excellent help.

If you don’t have air filter connected properly it’ll cause engine to run lean, so if your positive it isn’t the carb then likely something to do with air filter or air filter boot, I got a hole in the boot that connects air filter to carburetor but couldn’t see it and it cause my machine to run super lean, soon as I wrapped some duct tape around it ran normally again.

Hi I have a Suzuki ltf 250 quad runner 2 wheel drive 2001 model can you tell me if the engine oil services the gear box or do I need to put gear box oil in seperate if so where would I find the oil drain an fill hole thanks

I got a 1993 Suzuki Quadrunner 250 or 300cc, and i just noticed it doesnt come with a winch.. do u think it is possible for it to have one, since i noticed the front bumper is way too close to the front part of the quad, like the radiator plate and headlights area.. thank you so much and have a good day!

These quads don’t have radiators I have the a 93 as well, you can always add a winch to like any quad just make sure you mount it properly. Also if you got the 300cc quad runner don’t get rid of it!!! Super rare machine!
