Hi there! First of all, I do love your lessons! I have a question, please: there's any real difference between "client" and "customer"?
@highlevellistening12 күн бұрын
Great question! Most of the time it depends on the kind of business we're talking about. - At places where a person buys a physical product that they take away (like clothes, food, electronics) or they visit a store full of products, they are a 'customer'. So supermarkets, clothes shops etc have customers. - At place where a person needs a professional service, like legal advice, financial advice, and they don't leave with a physical thing in their hands, they are a 'client. So banks, law firms, and tech firms (selling websites) will have clients. Hope that makes sense!

Hi Lily! The only company I live stream with is Meisi, but I believe we do have a channel on Xiaohongshu, and I do live streams every day at 7:30pm BJT for an hour. If it's another company (we sometimes see our KZbin videos being live streamed by wechat channels without our permission!) then it is not me!
