This was SOOOOO incredibly informative. I was searching for how to make a fresh synthetic wig more voluminous. This is obviously alot more than what I am needing, but I feel like I learned what I needed to to achieve the look I'm after. Like the basic technique was there and I just have to tweak it to fit my vision. Chefs kiss bb 😘👌

Thank you soooo much for this tutorial! It helped me to make dramatic big hair out of my cheap Aliexpress wig and I never had any experience with wigs at all :) your tutorial is so deep and simple, even such a slow non-native speaker as me could follow it. ThoughI used boiling water from the kettle because I don't have a steamer and the curles turned out great. My fingers are all sore because of needles lol but I'm sooo happy with the result because of you and your work!

Originally wigs are very flat, when you buy them it's already style some just needs fixing while others are in dire need of help😅. Mine idles the latter, after cleaning the wig to freshen it up a little it became straight and flat. Supposedly it was meant for my yatori cosplay from Kamisama Kiss. I lost hope and tried many ways to add volume. This video is my life saver, I have saved it in my playlist to always watch and now I get to cosplay yatori like I always wanted😊😊

So the boar bristles aren't shredding the synthetic fiber? How long do your synthetics last with this styling? What do you use for shine? I really don't like how dull wigs get after months of wear. And a lot of silicone products are a bit gummy.
