I think you can test if your Partner is a narcissist by beeing happy on your own, without them, and watch their reaction. A normal Partner would be happy if you are happy, right? A narcissist cannot stand the idea of you beeing happy and he is not the reason for your happyness. Because he is afraid of loosing control ,he will punish you with silent treatment, beeing cold etc

The narcissist will always try to make you out to be the narcissist.

The microexpression in the face ... especially when they think you dont watch them.. I had a friend who was always smiling when talking to me but others told me she is jealous of me.. one time we were walking down the streets, talking laughing, and i Turned to one other friend and she was somehow behind me..when i looked back to her i saw an expression on her face that i will never forget.. her eyes were full of sadness and hate, but when she realized i Look at her she immidiatly started to lighten up her face, smiling at me. It was all Happening within 2 seconds.

I found it hard to watch their behaviour while in the relationship cause I was traumabonded and fearful 24/7 and when youre in that state you cant “see” clearly. But if you listen to your own body you knòw when he is triggered you can feel the energy shift to icecold agressive indignation with the narc. I would brace myself for impact. Also when he would become mean sadistic and attacking I knew he was triggered. But he was triggered by almost everything except compliments and ego strokes

I saw mine change on a dime! Everything was good and he turned into someone I didn't recognize. I actually wrote a note to my family saying, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME TONIGHT, HE HAS KILLED ME. It was insane. I was terrified of him out of no where. I took him to see his favorite artist at a concert. When we got back to MY HOUSE, he was screaming at me! He blamed it on the traffic. Everything wonderful thing I did was never enough. I am 8 months of no contact after 6 years. He NEVER stops hoovering! He seriously does not believe I am done. I hope everyone listens to you Lee! This SAME person says he wishes we had children together. That way, I would forever be in his life. Now I know why he has so many baby mamas. I have never felt so sorry for anyone in my life. He ruins everything he touches. And thank God, he didn't destroy me. Trust the disorder! Thanks Lee. We need answers and closure. You are the one who gets it done!

Let them go and be miserable live your life and be happy. Misery loves company. Good thing I don’t like guest.

Yes he may be “helping people”.. but he has y’all out here like Lee is helping us.. he’s still a narcissist and after while he gets under my skin.. he’s still a narcissistic. He gaslights y’all because after while y’all are out here talking about oh he’s helping me.. he literally starts his channel saying “I’m your favorite narcissist”.. last time I checked why would a narcissist be a favorite.. he says I’m in therapy.. I’m in therapy.. (gaslight).. y’all fund his pockets by buying his merch, subscribing all of his platforms.. get a life

When I was with my ex narc fiancé there always something going wrong in my life. From car problems to money to being sick not getting sleep and couldn’t explain it. Always having a headache and couldn’t explain it. It was always something. Things were still all about him. Selfish as hell. I was always in a state of anxiety. Flutters every single time he texted. I started pulling away when I got CoVID this year. He was pretending to care so much but it was a front. The moment I was feeling better he started asking for things all over again. He started being less attractive. I put a boundary in place. He was pissed!!!! His reaction sparked me to investigate and I found out some secrets. When u confronted him with the proof he punished me with the silent treatment. Turned me off even more. You’re throwing a temper tantrum like a toddler!!! After that he used his wants from me and a bargaining chip. I stuck to my guns. This made him madder and he eventually gave me and ultimatum…either I could do what he asked or not contact him anymore. I choose not to contact him again whether I did it or not. He’s been stalking me since then.

When I raised my voice (in his house it was never allowed) or cut in while he was talking to my son he immediately goes blank, he would not say anything just made me feel like I have done the wrst thing in my life. It would begin silent treatment. His mom was exactly the same. It’s like you were visiting the royals. Proper speech, sit in a right place, say in a right way. You could see she was not happy. Lee is right my husband treated me like I don’t exist. He talked to me minimum for years, total lack of respect.
@kilo_charlie022610 ай бұрын
Omg!!!! So I have severe major depressive disorder, right. My “spouse” would always give me the silent treatment and it would be no less than 72 hours even a week plus, whenever he did the silent treatment. I swear I would get the silent treatment every other month, at least. He would put himself in an entirely different room and lucky for him he had made the 4th bedroom into his game room, so it made it easier for him to hide out. He would even just sleep on the floor or sleep in the chair because I was so unbearable and repulsive to even be around. But when it time for me to break the ice because it was noticeably worsening my depression by feeling like a burden, he would always respond with “I wasn’t ignoring you“. If that’s not gaslighting, then I don’t know what is! We have been separated for a year and a half now with a divorce has been in a process for almost 2 years. We live totally separate lives and he is not in our two sons’ lives much and he lives 3 min away 🙄🤷🏽♀️

I think I triggered off my narc neighbour she got her son to harrass me aswell as god knows how many other people, after 2years of it I finally told him to knock it off if he keeps on I'll report him to the police,he accused me of spying on him and mum,then he kept saying you don't like men do you?,I told him I have a man he's a doctor,and I don't want anything to do with him or his mum do not contact me or involve me,couple of weeks later 9pm she's at my door talking shit as narcs do,if I go near her son again she'll cut me up,she kept calling me a rat,I ignored her,the next morning she's outside my bedroom window in the middle of the road shouting look at the state of you (everytime I do my hair it triggers her)then she guestered slitting my throat,she was posturing like the hulk does,she said open your window,I told her she won't control me,I had a male visitor who I had a laugh with then I was leaving home to go to the shop,she had a man help her to assult me ,she bit me twice, ripped off my necklaces stole two pendants a kiss and a heart,then shoved me down two concrete stairs got on top of me and strangled me,then a load of screaming the c word at me, months later again after I did a week of jury duty and being away from home she was laying on slabs outside the door I couldn't get in constant harrassment, anything triggers her off she's so unstable ive never had anything like that happen to me before I'm in my fifties she's insane !luckily for 6 years before meeting her I had been educating myself about narcs all your videos and others I cut contact with her after 4 months that is what is triggering her all the time I'm getting on with my life and completely ignore her she can't handle it

@mentalhealness is it bad that I blast the volume of your videos and follow him around? We’re broken up for good after 5 years and have a daughter. He stonewalls or grayrocks silent treatment whatever you want to call it, harder than any human or child than I’ve ever known. So the only thing that happens is he’s silent. Which is no different from how things are day to day anyways. There’s basically zero communication because it’s been 5 years of talking to a brick wall. So why not feel like I have a little control in my life? Or is it a bad idea? Thank you for all your content, you basically saved my life.
