How to test Mac for Lightroom Performance

Mac test of Lightroom performance with test RAW files and benchmark.
1. Update Adobe Lightroom and Camera RAW
2. Download RAW files files.fm/u/89m...
3. Import them to Lightroom
4. Check that Lightroom performance is in Auto mode (Lightroom Classic - Preferences - Performance and in Camera Raw - Use Graphic Processor is AUTO)
5. Set up Auto settings for all RAW images. (Turn Auto Sync ON and press Auto in Basic Tab)
6. Open timer in www.timeanddat...
7. Set export to quality 100% JPG (resolution 300) and add Sharpen for Matte Paper - Standard.
8. Start Exporting and Start timer. Try to do it in the same time.
9. When the export finishes stop the timer.
10. Download www.geekbench.... . Install it. Run it.
11. Open all screens in one windows (timer, benchmark result and GeekBench data) and make print screen (press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3). Upload it here files.fm/u/qsw...
