+you said when you put the bobbin in the case it should stay in. mine doesn't it falls right out of the case. does it make a difference? while i can finally get the bobbin thread up it loops the needle thread. so i get the second needle tread out and everything seems to turn ok. but when i sew after a few stitches it all knots up and stops. i have to take the bobbin case out but also the other 2 round things. I think i have them in correctly, but it still all knots up. I must be doing the bobbin wrong or do i need a new case?

There are two thread holders on top of my White machine what are they for

We need help with: tension or other adjustable things make horrible stitches that are like wadded up balls of thread. Then we unpick but we don't know for sure what we need to change. I have the same machine as you. Thanks.

When I pull the bobbin thread through it doesn't have the loop

Double check that your needle and casing are inserted properly. It could also be the direction you are turning your wheel. Let me know how it goes!
