Another solid video Coach Jason! One thing I struggle with is understanding that transition phase between leg lift and stride. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but it seems fairly complex. You've got the leading with the hip, the lowering of the leg and the drive. I will be working with some first time young pitchers again this year, and I want to be able to explain it as simply as possible. If you have any videos you can point me to that would be helpful, I would really appreciate it. Hope you and your crew are doing well!

I see what you're saying and thank you again for all the support buddy I really appreciate you. Check this video out it was done about a year ago or so but I feel like I get it to its simplest forms if you haven't seen it already. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXnMlWOeo8hnla8

Thanks for the video! I struggle with arm speed as well. I use the driveline ball set but I haven't used any of the super lightweight balls. Do the lightweight balls develop fast twitch muscles for arm speed?

Yes you might experiment with the wall towel drills we do as well they will help arm speed. Good luck 🤞
