Man, i am speechless. I have to thank you for this awesome explanation! I always wonder about why I have still troubles with this kick. We learned this with "jumping" a litte bit from the ground or the teacher told us shit about four years. I tried it out now on both sides with slow motion first and then as it stated to feel more comfortable a little bit faster. It works perfectly now!!!!! Thank you very much Instructor!

@Fluke2SS Жыл бұрын
@@jasperamerican6642 Truthfully, the heart is willing, but not sure if the brain and body can follow. Played hockey for 14 years, no major injuries other than a broken collar bone, but otherwise took a slap shot to the foot, and I guess I must have broke something on my foot, but didn't know about it till recently cartilage buildup came up and presses against my nerve in my foot when I tried to get back into ice skating again. Granted I can ignore the pain, till my foot numbs up, but I'm much older now, no where near the physical condition I used to be when I was younger to say nothing about endurance, agility, and flexibility lol. I guess a little bit to comfortable with being lazy, which is a hard habit to break. Work life keeps me busy and even though I'd have time after work, I'm often too tired to willfully do anything physical. Perhaps my age got into my head more than I'd like to admit, and I feel like I just have to accept the changes as they come.

Hello! Thanks for the video! any advice on pre-and-post exercises/stretches for having a stiff neck, upperback and having rolled-forward shoulders ? Thanks!
@StuntDill5 жыл бұрын
Your lats will pull your shoulders forward and down. Your chest pulls your shoulders inwards towards the centre of your body. The best way to fix posture is to have good posture as often as possible throughout the day. Normally the only. Imbalances people have are their middle and lower traps and rhomboids and rear delts may need work. Other than that is incredibly habit forming from that point.
