No worries mate, glad it helped you out!! I have another video of a running sinker rig to get your bait hard on the bottom too if you haven't seen it. I'm lucky to be North of Adelaide, close to the River and the Peninsula!

Why is this better for carp? Why not just a basic running sinker with a swivel?

This rig gets your bait just off the bottom, running sinker rig will have the bait hard on the bottom. Some days this makes all the difference depending how they are feeding.

@@GetUpAdventures yeah ok, good to know. I’ve seen in videos from overseas they use a “hair rig”. What do you think of that for carp in Australia?

No reason why they wouldn’t work here. It’s certainly a unique technique how the bait isn’t even on the hook!
