You can't catch a cold from being in a cold temperature, should re-film to say its to prevent walking pneumonia or hypothermia (the real reason). Pretty sure more sweat comes off your forehead and drips down your nose then comes of your neck too

Two reasons why this video is silly: First, because: Who in the world ties their neckerchief after putting on their hat, or toque, thereby forcing them to go around said hat/toque? Second: ONLY a hack culinary chain-school like McCordon Bleu would in all seriousness claim that walking in and out of the cooler will cause a cold.
