Very professionally done video! I don't wear ties much any more (the rules in the workplace have changed significantly over the years), but when I did have to wear a tie, this was one of my favorite knots! In response to others who say it is "sloppy", it's only sloppy if you tie it sloppy. YOU are tying the tie...the tie is NOT tying itself. Therefore, if it looks sloppy, you have only yourself to blame.

The way he unties the knot WILL RUIN your ties. The proper way to untie a tie is: loosen the knot by moving it around and then do the steps you used to tie the knot in the first place in reverse.

trust me guys, this knot should be avoided. it's the schoolboy knot, and is overly casual and will make you look clueless and sloppy. a well tied windsor knot is far superior, with it's symmetric triangular shape.
