Soaked in a Soda Ash solution
1 Cup Sodium Carbonate to 1 Gallon Water
Procion Mx Fiber Reactive Dyes
Lemon Yellow
Deep Orange
Chinese Red
Raspberry
Turquoise - Navy
Bright Green - Sage Green
After Dyeing the piece will be placed in a plastic bag for 24 hours before washout.

Here is my question, you say put it in a plastic bag to season, i have large ziplocks but the colors mix so how do i let these rest?

Do not put it into a plastic bag. The colors can pool and discolor areas. I do mine on a rack so it can drain

When you wash it you wash it with the bands on right? And separately right?

No. Rinse it with cold warm and hot. Take of the bands and keep rinsing until it runs clear or mostly clear. Then wash with synthrapol on a hot gentle cycle. Tumble or hang dry.

I know you posted this video awhile ago, however I will be tie dying hoodies later this summer right before Autumn and making them as gifts for Christmas. I want to have vibrant colors once they have been washed. What brand dye do you recommend for BEST results? I will probably be making at least 3...2 for me and 1 for my sister as a gift. Thanks!!! He presoaked it in a solution of soda ash and water and then rung it out. One cup of soda ash per gallon of water.

Yo dude does this only affect cotton? So say if i did this to my black Nike SB hoodie only the hoodie would be affected and not the writing? EDIT: this stuff is really fucking expensive to do, each bottle right there that he's using is 35 euros just for 1 alone from jacquard 35 EUROS FOR A PLASTIC FUCKING BOTTLE
