How can you track your personal growth? Comment below!

I track my personal growth by daily achievements Your daily achievements makes you a step closer to your goals Like they say, The journey of a thousand miles starts with a step- so if you want to achieve your goals, you must be willing and ready to work on it daily As a student, i tracked my personal development by administering self test to know how much I have learnt over time As a fashionista now, I track my personal growth by the type/style of dress I can make

I made an Excel spreadsheet about five years ago to track my eating. I didn't need to lose weight, but I knew I had to eat less sugar and more vegetables. So I color-coded all the text -- brown for grains, blue for proteins, green for vegetables, pink for fruit, dark purple for sweets, etc -- so as I track throughout the day, I can see really easily how many servings of vegetables I've had so far. Plus, it's helpful to know what I'm eating in case I get some sort of allergic reaction or to see what triggers my migraines. It's SO helpful and really keeps me on track. It was slow-going at first, but now that I have so many different foods in different amounts already listed, I hardly ever have to look things up anymore. I know exactly what I've eaten all day, every day, and how many calories, fat, protein, carbs, and added sugar everything has. It came together in steps but has been totally worth it.

*Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion. Champions keep playing until they get it right. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will. The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital.* I wish you to become champion where ever you are now.

Brian, your book "Goals!" is my bible! :) In just about 5 years I have made so many of my dreams true: against all odds, after more than 20 years as an at-home-mother and raising 5 great kids I am now studying art, writing a book and living in my childhood home, a big old house. Setting goals really makes the difference!

I track my growth with To do List. Daily list. There are so many different growth in my life. And write on paper and read it every day is the best way to make me remember. And I can be late or slower than my plan but never stop or give up is most important. Sometimes I disappointed with my action but it is better than give up.
