How to Train Your Water Start Before the Water in a Bar simulator

In this video i show you my bar simulator. With this simulator, we can replicate the depower features and that can be very helpful to teach students as it can mimic the bar movement. We use it a lot for teaching water start movements before hitting the water.

First, you make me a little nervous being on your roof like that! Second, For those of us who can waterstart but want to work on some freestyle tricks, can you show us a bar set up so we can practice rotations etc., on land. As always, great content and much appreciated.

Thank you for your concern. I don't go close to the ledge. There is another setup for training tricks that I know. Not easy, I need to have space and material to do it. I'll, however, try to do a video explaining it if I can't do it. I'll check what I have available to do this.

Hi, I have no detailed planning. Just stop the video and look and the schematics it's easy to figure it out. There is no need for specific line distances. Just make sure the bar through is enough.
