For the chessboard under the bridge, BOB off the plants and the bridge support could be placed back where it was. Use MoveIt to move the chessboard so the bridge support is in the center planter.

Love the playground behind the strip mall. Seems to be a very open minded city council :D It's remarkable how the traffic never seems to be blocked, no matter how many new sims are moving in. Good work creating the connectivity into the transport networks. That's good planning.

The movie is called Speed. Can you put the colorful flowers in the roundabout circumferencing the roundabout itself too. I know I don't always say it but you're the Bob Ross of detailing your cities. Unlimited oil & ore doesn't have a tool bar, it simply stops the resource from depleting. I think what you are referring to is Extra Landscaping Tools mod which allows you to paint in your own resources :)

My tip "Speed run" a 3rd world city, only using free form roads, make poor favelas, and a rich holiday resort Don't worry too much about making it optimal for the citizen's(schools, police, fire dep., etc.) Just make sure to use road hierarchy It will end up looking authentic in no-time
