I constantly experience this issue, I am as we speak. I have also been adjusted by Chiros for around six years now, in Auckland, New Zealand. None of the chiros I have seen, have been able to fix this for me. What other practices can I try? Genuinely open for suggestions:)

I broke my foot at Parris Island back in 2018 and kept going cause I didn’t wanna get dropped it healed on it’s on due to me never reporting it and man when I say I think this is the exact issue and a sharp pain constantly races over my right foot it’s annoying

That’s my food I’ve also been disabled from snapping hip syndrome that has affected my foot and no dr will help pain so severe. Now the last few years cause of whatever is wrong with my hip or groin my talus constantly subluxes/pops.
