I experienced COVID that lasted a good 10 days. At first, I believed I was fine but I began to lose more hair than normal. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also due to the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall. Thank you for this video! I feel so much better.

Tip to de-stress: make sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep That was the leading cause of my hair thining: I would stay up gaming late at night, sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night and trying to catch up on sleep on my weekends off. It took 2 weeks but as soon as I abstained from my addiction and started training and sleeping 8 to 10 hours a night again consistently my hair grew back to its normal thickness. Watch your caffeine consumption too: it blocks your body's ability to process the chemical element selenium responsible for skin, hair and nail health. Probably best to quit caffeine too

I had the exact same issue, i would game or go on twitch for 8-10 hours a day. My hair had started falling out like crazy. I mean, it was everywhere, all the time, and it filled the drain more than I had ever seen! For me, two things stopped my hair falling out. One, I stopped using Selsun Blue with selenium. Boom. Within about a week, hair stopped falling out. (I had read that the selenium could cause hair to fall out excessively, and in my case, it seems that was the problem. Funny, I was only using it because I did really like how it made my hair itself do, not because I had dandruff or dry scalp.) And second, I started 2000 mg fish oil daily, and I soon began to grow lots of new baby hair around my hairline. My hair does not seem thicker, but it has stopped getting thinner. However, by starting the two interventions at the same time, I have no way to determine if stopping the old shampoo, or starting the fish oil, or both together, is the reason my hair stopped falling out.

I use Nutrafol, bondiboost growth system which they also offer procapil for hair growth and my hair was thinning like crazy and now it’s thick as it was when I was a teen and finally growing again. My issues major stress, bleaching hair, I did a strict keto diet, and washed 2-3 times a week. I also have a family history of thinning hair. I cut back to bleaching only every 10 weeks washing my hair only once a week and adding the things above it took about 6 months to get where I am now. I do believe the vitamins helped a lot and using more natural shampoo’s.

@@alexaluma6104 I normally just use agadir oil it’s a little bit heavy and not everyone likes that but it seals my ends and leaves my hair soft. You could also try a co-wash it’s a mix of shampoo and conditioner and it’s easier on the hair. I personally don’t use Iron pills but I have read lots about iron deficiency and hair loss but my problems seems to be more stress related. Also update my hair is still getting thicker and growing but if I miss the Nutrafol for more than a week my hair loss will go from those random hairs to slowly increasing in loss. This may be due to probiotics in mine that are supposed to help with stress and gut health.

I've seen a lot of thin hair over the years due to breakage by over shampooing and damaging hair. First and easiest thing to do is skip some shampoos and only use a wet comb or brush to detangle gently when wet. Wet hair stretches twice it's usual length and if overstretched too much it won't bounce back, it'll break. Also keratin!! Lots of keratin.

There isn’t a specific time to take them but it’d be easier to do in the morning get it out the way for the day. Do be mindful that some vitamins have to be taken with food. Most biotin vitamins I’ve come across need to be taken with food. If it’s a multi vitamin most likely not.
