"You idiot" is the most effective sentence to me now. In every video, you always have those sentences. Just like someone hitting me and urging me to stop being an idiot at my useless thoughts, just to make me awake from idiot things.

Key Points: Trick 1: Prepare without commitment Instead of diving straight into a task, start with simple preparations that require no commitment, such as putting on workout clothes. This lowers mental barriers and leads to greater engagement with the task at hand. Trick 2: Break tasks down Divide large tasks into manageable smaller steps. This reduces overwhelm and allows for easier completion, such as starting with just opening a document or reading one chapter of a book. Trick 3: Combine tasks with rewards Associate completing difficult tasks with enjoyable rewards, creating a motivational game-like environment where you work for something you truly desire after completing a less enjoyable task. Trick 4: Mental immersion technique Utilize specific audio to activate Theta brain waves, enhancing focus and learning efficiency. This technique can drastically reduce procrastination by making study sessions more fruitful and less tedious. Trick 5: Take pressure off your ego Shift your mindset to view tasks as opportunities for growth and experimentation rather than life-or-death scenarios. This reduces anxiety and unlocks creativity, improving overall performance. Trick 6: Reprogram your inner narrative Transform negative self-talk by changing the way you perceive your capabilities. Embrace an identity aligned with productivity, which in turn fosters positive actions and counters procrastination.

I avoid procrastination by make the hardest thing in my task easy to reach and the opposite with the things make me procrastinate, and I use the things that I love to do it as a motivation, when I finish the task I take the prize (:

Thank you so much. I feel like the best trick is to just start small like for me if I do one task even though I know it is a small task it makes me feel like oh I am not that lazy I can probably do one more task.

Mental rehearsal is a great trick--just think through the steps and once you realize you do know what to do to get started and maybe a few steps beyond, it's much easier to follow through.
@theangryexplainer3 ай бұрын
Absolutely! Mental rehearsal really helps you get clear on the steps and feel more confident going into it. It’s all about that mental prep before taking action. Thanks for sharing!

Dude, you're totally right! But you know what might help? Start with a goal so small it’s almost ridiculous, like 5 minutes a day. With a goal that easy, there’s no excuse not to do it, right? And if you still feel like quitting, just remember why you started in the first place. You need a strong reason, something that makes you want to keep going, and use that as fuel to turn this routine into a habit.

bro what's wrong with your channel ? Are these your own videos ?? cause 99 subscriber is too low for these and one suggestion tone down the trash talk its bit too harsh for general taste..
@theangryexplainer3 ай бұрын
Yeah, these are my videos, and believe me, they take a lot of work to make. I’ve also been wondering what’s wrong with my channel, to be honest. 😂 I already fixed one issue-the ClickBank product situation. But as for the tone, you ever heard of those restaurants where people line up to be insulted? Like Karen’s Diner? That’s kind of the vibe here. The channel is meant to be sarcastic and aggressive, while still teaching people something valuable.

Nah I think that helps A LOT of people who wants a hit to the reality. That resonates with a lot def. And he just hits the right spots. That’s the specialty of the content. It’s not the same methodical yapping like in most motivational vids. This one actually shows how you psychologically function in a realistic light and shows how absurd it actually is. I see nothing wrong with that. That is what you exactly need. So you know the patterns of thought to avoid it.
