How to turn off ESP (TRC/VSC) on 2006 - 2009 Toyota Yaris (cheat code 😂)

This video describes how to turn off the TRC and VSC on automatic and manual transmission Toyota Yaris 2nd generation (2006-2009).
Those cars don't have a button and some people on the internet plays with fuses or hardwire procedures that are not necessary.
I call this the cheat code because i wonder why they made all this stuff instead of a simple on/off button.
This is practical if you need to get out of snow how wanna race ;)

Thanks! You say "four" (4) about pulling the handbrake, but it looks like you're only pulling it up twice - and you're holding down the second time you depress the foot brake the whole time you do "off, on, off, on" with hand brake. Just making sure :)

Hello, Not for the 2 that i am talking about that are in orange in the upper righ sidet of the dashboard : Traction Control (TRC) on the left and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) on the right. Those can't be disconnect on those generation of Yaris, unless you do this procedure :)

Hello, Doing these steps will completely deactivate TRC and VSC, UNTIL you restart your engine :) After restarting, TRC and VSC will be active again.

I was teaching my son how to drive and when he was testing how clutch, break, hand break works he most likely pressed clutch, break, and pulled hand break in some strange sequence as suddenly TRC, VSC and CHECK ENGINE lights on my 2006 Toyota Corolla Verso went on. Car was driving normally and engine did not loose any power. Once we got home I was researching what could be the solution to this sudden and strange problem. I knew it was most likely some computer error. Some videos presented different possibile solutions. But your advice@@funcarreviews made most of the sens, knowing when those lights of TRC, VSC, CH ENG, went on. So I tried your trick - had to do it 3 times , and 3rd time was successful. All works well, no errors. Thank you m8. Appreciate you a lot.
