I didn’t even watch the whole video 😩 but the first part really got me up there I couldn’t believe it the foot part pointed towards the shoulder really helped like I can’t believe I did it I hold for about 5 seconds but still I’m proud of it 😂 now I kind of understand the muscle engagement and body positioning of doing a twisted grip thank you so much 😊

Thank you thank you thank you! This is by far the best explanation of the leg kicks / swings I've ever seen. I've been able to drop down into various grips of Ayeshas consistently but just could not understand how the kick works because I didn't understand the pathway of my legs - today is the first time it actually made sense (when you said "the corner!!!") and I could get into it on my good side consistently already! Thank you so much. I also saw your True Grip handspring tutorial - still need to work through that (as someone who is scared of momentum hehe) Just curious, when it comes to a Cup Grip handspring, would you say the leg swing / kick is more similar to Twisted Grip or True Grip, or something entirely different?

When I twist my hand around the pole something in my middle finger hurts. Like pulling
