This is a similar approach that a chiropractor recommended about a year ago when I came into the health centre with knee pain after landing badly playing basketball. It was a good step in the right direction but im still experiencing knee pain when walking, often after periods of extended sitting and when the knee is fully extended. Right now I'm working on hip stability which I'm hoping is the last piece of the puzzle.

the 51% was a little hidden joke right :~) I find you can unlock a great deal of lower body strength and mobility (after general rehabilitation) with the kickstand squat. It has the added benefit of taking your hip through full flexion, which most people fail to achieve with regular or split squats. You can really adjust hip, knee and foot at any point in the exercise to feel the shifting weight of the body throughout all joints

My knees point inward (they dont "CAVE" in, they just point inward; i dont have X-Legs). I think it might be linked to my poor hip external rotation (i cant sit cross legged). Any fix?
