I'm doing volleyball in gym and at first I was excited because I was great at it in 6th grade but now I'm not good and this kid said once to the other team about me "stop serving to her come on that's not nice" and they would always skip over me to serve :/ but your videos have helped so much and now I'm good again! Hey koko, I’m a beginner at volleyball and I’ve been playing on a middle school team for about two years now. I’m not bad at volleyball but I need a lot of help with my serves. I do underhand because it’s what I’m comfortable with but I feel like I’ll never be able to get on a club team with an underhand serve. Any tips?

You have to keep trying no matter what. I've coached alot of young ladies who do what's 'comfotable' instead of what's needed to learn. You have to push out of 'comfortability' to grow!

I wouldn’t recommend that seeing as though you could hurt your knuckle or even break them. 🙂

I think you would be called for a lift. You have to toss the ball before you serve it. I don't think you can serve it out of your other hand.
