Hope it helps you out ! In my opinion, mastering pull ups/pull up power overtime is going to be the most essential aspect to focus on. You got this 💪

Is there any ring exercises that target the side delt?

Side delts a tough one. Good delt exercises with rings are face pulls and rear delt flys, but to specifically focus on side delts I’d highly recommend using dumbbells 👍
