This flash works perfectly with the users of the device canon 250D (Canon SL3). Just instal firmware 1.7

Hi Alex, I have this Flashpoint TT350S speedlight. Can you please help me upgrade the firmware. I have watched this video numerous times but Adorama won't let me connect to their website to get the firmware I need. Maybe it's because I am in the UK? I have a VPN, maybe I should change my location to the USA? The main problem is I only have a Macbook Pro and it does not seem to work on the Macbook, any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I like to update by TT350 N on a iMac for my Nikon Z6. I have downloaded the files as shown on the Godox web page, but it will not work. The file TT350N-V1.4.dfu is grey out. I can not open the file. What is wrong?

I believe the software to upgrade firmware is not available for Macs. I ran into the same problem. I had to use a windows laptop 🤷🏻‍♀️

You have it on TTL, its verifying your exposure before taking the picture

Alex, Alex, Alex -- I watched the entire video and you NEVER mentioned the user must run the software for updating Godox flashes on a Windows PC! As far as I know, there are only a few Godox units that can be updated using an Apple computer. (Unless you run a Windows emulation on the Apple computer.) Have to give you a thumbs-down for this omission.

Its funny that on a canon Camara, for newer models, you can only see the shutter cound on appple devices. And then for the flashes its the other way arround xD
