Can I buy the same for brake light but just red or is the bulb different?

For this generation of RX350 at least, I do not think these lights are compatible with the brake lights.

How do you change the side fender turn signal lights? I can't get it open. Help!

This video might be useful. I think some of the covers (one on each side) have two bulbs…one of which on each side is the turn signal. This video doesn’t show replacing the turn signals, but the running lights (some of which are next to the turn signals).
