I have upgraded from wj dows server 2019 standard to datacenter ... even with the new version, I'm not able to utilize the full ram capacity, which is 128GB

Both the Standard and Datecenter edition of Windows Server 2019 have a 24TB RAM limit, so you shouldn't have any issues with 128GB. Thanks for watching!

Sounds like the operating system might have some corrupted files. Try running a disk check and a system file check to see if they find any issues. Thanks for watching!
