Sorry about that. Did you manage to resolve the problem. If not, run a clean boot: Press Windows + R, type "msconfig," and press Enter. Go to the "Services" tab, check "Hide all Microsoft services," and click "Disable all." Go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager." Disable all startup items. Restart your laptop and try the upgrade again. Please also check if you have enough free space on your Windows drive . Atleast 30GB Disconnect external devices like printers, webcams, or extra hard drives, as they can also cause conflicts. Hope you will be successful this time
