How to Use a Garmin Striker 4 - Features

In this video, I show you how to use the Garmin Striker 4 features that I use the most. For an entry level fish finder, these features are all you need. These features can be used either ice fishing or on open water in your boat.

I mounted mine on a waterproof box like this and use a Dewalt 20v battery to power it.

Nice. What kind of waterproof box? How big is it? I know someone who uses an even smaller box just to fit the battery in. I prefer a larger box because I can also keep some tackle and supplies in it.

I have watched several of your videos been. This is why I'm contacting you. I am a senior and I'd love to get out fishing. If you ever want to partner or you ever want to do a charger or anything like that, I'd be very interested. However, I will continue watching your content, especially the local stuff. My biggest dream though, to catch a huge Laker

No. The Garmin Striker 4 is not connected to the motor. As far as I know, it does not record the time it is on either.
