I have read stamets books, and loads of others, watched numerous channels, for the last year. I must say I am glad to have found your channel! you don't just show the procedure, but explain the why and why not on a scientific level to each step. I had to look up sooooo much because everyone else always left out something at one point or another. it was all great info though, otherwise I would not know how awesome of a job you're doing!!! hope your channel grows fast and your business is lucrative and you enjoy making content as well as working on your business and munching edible/culinarys 😉😆 i just hit subscribe.🙂

It's beyond helpful, I'm sure you've seen some of the "content creator's" and "follow me as i learn" videos that are unapologetically inaccurate. You sir are a breath of fresh air to say the least. @@StipeCap

Im going to have to try this method i usually just do swipes on the agar. I understand it tends to be wasteful so that's why im going to try this with my strains that don't drop spore for prints.

Streaking with swabs tends to coat the swab and spores with a thin film of agar. You can do it this way or soften the tip with sterile wter before removing the cotton. Some peple even cut the tip into chunks using a scalpel.
