Is anyone else having trouble with the pad to stay on the swiffer. Cause for me it sticks but doesn't fully stay attached. Or is it more off place the pad on the floor then place the swiffer on it then it fully works?

I found them in the bag with the the pads. One piece of smaller device. Couple little things in the direction to make it easier. Simple things like remove the cardboard and when it says insert two batteries could say located in with the pads. You're assuming that we already know how to use this stuff after? We're dumb. Just never we're trying to do it like you did so you could do it in a second when you put together, which of course now I can. Yay!!

The floors in the commercial must not be that dirty this thing's basically a gimmick. He pushes hard down as you can. You can sort of get off the medium stains, medium dirt. I guess I guess there's no substitute for elbow grease. The old fashioned mop with the soap is the only way to really clean these floors. Just my opinion

You need to fix the packaging for this product to better explain how to use it. Considering my own level of frustration upon NOT being able to use the product because of the lack of instructions I think it quite possible you're killing people with your lousy packaging.

Swiffer get a mop that is 10x more expensive than a regular mop. I looked into the swiffer mop the pads come in a box of 5 that is $10 a box at Walmart and the mop chemical container is about 1/3 the size of the wet jet would not recommend anyone to buy a swiffer it’s a scam mainly because of the price. If you are loaded and are lazy then by all means buy the swiffer.
